In court, I would present myself as the defendants(boys) father, godfather, uncle, a friend of the family, the mother's friend.
Till the D.A. took notice, he raised arguments to the judge, that I was misrepresenting myself. I responded, that I had a
kick-out order, restraining orders, a marriage dissolution on file with these courts. I did, also live in the same community
of Barrio Carlsbad, as did all the previous defendants. So after this, I made the mothers write me a note, saying I was appearing
on their behave, also send a relative along with the note to go with me to court.
The case of Orozco and Reyes, contacted by the mothers both were very upset, stating that both of their sons had been arrested.
They were taken to the Encinitas Sheriffs' station, there they were stripped completely naked, then lead throughout the station.
As the deputies then howled, shouted and screamed remarks about their penises, testicles, and buttocks. Both were given extremely
extra small T-shirts wear, that did not come past their naval. Reyes having dog bits from his capture was taken to Tri-City
hospital. He was waiting outside, sitting on a bench, still wearing the T-shirt, have naked in handcuffs. When a sheriff's
deputy came up to him, telling him to stand up, he did comply with the order. Then the deputy asked him, how much did he weigh,
Reyes answered 112 pounds. The deputy became outraged, over his answer, responding that his deck weighed more than Reyes did.
He added if he could, he would choke the fucking life right out of him, right now, right there. Both were booked into the
Vista county jail, on four counts of attempted murder, banishing a weapon on a sheriff's deputy
